As the Operations Manager for AmeriCamp, I developed a strategy to enhance customer experience through the process getting applicants hired at Summer Camps. Then I worked with my team of 4 operations staff to implement this.
I developed both the sales and marketing team using regular feedback sessions to structure their career pathways.
I hired new staff for both sales and operations positions. Creating candidate packs in line with business need, structuring the recruitment campaign and interviewing applicants.
I created strategy for brand growth and for business dealings. Developing and editing legal documents such as program agreement, terms and conditions and partnership agreements.
I worked to formulate online events to replace in-person camp fairs. These would allow applicants to be hired by camps through video meetings. Developing this system to a mass scale and quality to the extent that our visa partners used the model for their parters in other countries.
I used data driven decisions to develop candidate workflows, understand the drivers behind sales made and the drop off points so that we could optimise customer experience.
